New Course Construction: What’s the key to successful course construction? Good work, done on time and on budget. We’ve been estimating jobs (time and budget) for well over 10 years. We are familiar with what it takes to meet the expectations of course owners, superintendants, course directors and, of course, golfers. Golf Course Refurbishment: Refurbishing a golf hole or course is often more complex than building a new one – primarily because you are dealing with finished landscape, golfers, or both. Having the right equipment to minimize the environmental impact is key. Also having operators that have worked in golf environment is essential. Splash Pads
Strathmar is one of the every few companies that provide turn-key supply and construction of splash pads in the Ottawa region. We started constructing splash pads in 2009 and they immediately become part of our DNA. There is an unexplainable sense of pride we get when we stare at the finished product. Our homes are our castles, but your yard doesn’t have to look like a moat. We specialize in large home or estate landscape construction – creating stately views from every window in the house. We do everything from planning to excavation to seeding, and everything in between, including: excavation, fill, final grade work, topsoil, tree planting, sod, retaining walls, ponds, pads, irrigation, drainage and much more.
